City Farmer Heritage Site

Our Demonstration Garden sits on more than a quarter of an acre of land in the heart of Vancouver's Kitsilano neighbourhood. We began cultivating these vacant lots in 1981 and have developed a lush teaching space that is unique in the city. There are five garden areas maintained by our staff.
Gulf of Georgia Cannery
12138 Fourth Ave, Richmond, BC
The Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site presents the history of Canada's West Coast fishing industry. Once the largest building of its kind and a leading producer of canned salmon, it is now a Parks Canada site where interactive exhibits bring to life the machines that once churned out millions of cans of salmon, the industry, and its people.


Itailian Cultural Centre Gallery

Il Museo at the Italian Cultural Centre is dedicated to documenting the history of the Italian Canadian community in Vancouver. Located near Commercial Drive, traditionally the heart of Vancouver’s Italian community, the Italian Cultural Centre and Il Museo houses a permanent collection, featuring objects of significance to the heritage of the Vancouver Italian community.
Museum of Anthroplogy
6393 NW Marine Dr, Vancouver, BC
Just 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver, the Museum of Anthropology at UBC houses one of the world’s finest displays of Northwest Coast First Nations arts in a spectacular Arthur Erickson-designed building overlooking mountains and sea. Inside the soaring glass and concrete structure of MOA’s Great Hall, see magnificent carvings, weavings and contemporary artworks.


Museum of Surrey

Museum of Surrey and Historic Stewart Farm is back! With calmness, kindness and safety our top priority, we are offering pre-registered, self-guided tours Wednesday thru Saturday. Socially distanced visitors will experience the museum in a one-way direction with a maximum 40 people in the museum at a time.
Old Hastings Mill Store Museum
1575 Alma St, Vancouver, BC
Welcome to Vancouver’s oldest building, built 1865 as a general store, the Old Hastings Mill Store has survived many changes within the city including the 1886 Great Fire and its 1930 transportation to its current site. Opened in 1932, this museum houses many of the City’s oldest artifacts, from Indigenous basketry to early Vancouver relics.


Pitt Meadows Museum

Take a trip to the idyllic small city of Pitt Meadows and visit the Museum in its oldest building, the General Store. Learn about pioneer life in the early 20th century, dairy farming, running a general store and history of the Katzie First Nation. Call ahead to request a visit to our second site, the 1930s Hoffmann and Son Machinery Shop.
PoCo Heritage Museum & Archives

The PoCo Heritage Museum & Archives curates one large original exhibit per year and several smaller rotating exhibit and offers museum specific programming such as public and educational programs, workshops and tours, research assistance, and exhibit and heritage related events.

Roedde House Museum
1415 Barclay St, Vancouver, BC
Located in Barclay Heritage Square, in the West End of Vancouver, Roedde House Museum is the restored 1893 home of Vancouver’s first bookbinder Gustav Roedde and his family. It has been faithfully restored to reflect the day-to-day life of a middle class, immigrant family at the end of the 19th century. So come on in, and experience Victorian Vancouver for yourself!
Vancouver Police Museum

Housed in the historic Coroner's Services and City Analyst Laboratory, the VPMA seeks to preserve and share a side of Vancouver's past seldom told. Explore this historic building and featured exhibits to learn more about the history of the VPD, forensics and death investigation.


White Rock Museum & Archives

The White Rock Museum and Archives is located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Se mi ah ma people. We are grateful to learn, play, and work on this land.

Chase & District Museum
1042 Shuswap Ave, Chase, BC
Unassuming from the outside, the original Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church is deceptively large and has housed the museum since 1985. Once inside you'll find a varying collection of artifacts which tell the story of the Village of Chase and the surrounding area, with a particular focus on the founding families.

Enderby & District Museum
901 George St, Enderby, BC
The Enderby & District Museum is dedicated to preserving the history of Enderby and the surrounding communities of Mara, Grindrod, North Enderby, Grandview Bench, Ashton Creek, Kingfisher and Trinity Valley. Our museum archives include a comprehensive property inventory index, extensive historical reference files, displays and over 7,000 photographs.
Mackie Lake House Foundation
7804 Kidston Rd, Coldstream, BC
Mackie Lake House, nestled on the shores of Kalamalka Lake, exists for the enjoyment and the education of the public. Listed as one of Canada’s Historic Places, this grand home has its roots in the British history of the Coldstream valley. Schedule a tour, or plan an event on the beautiful grounds of this exquisite 1910 mansion.


Okanagan Heritage Museum

Experience fascinating displays about the region’s natural and human history. Discover how the Okanagan valley was formed and why it supports tremendous biodiversity. Okanagan Military Museum

Step inside the Okanagan Military Museum and feel the passion of the volunteers who founded it. This museum is packed with uniforms, insignia, badges and one of the best firearms collections in Canada. Investigate artefacts from the Boer War, World War I and World War II, Korean War, Cold War as well as contemporary military operations.

Point Ellice House Historic Home

Built in 1861, Point Ellice House is both a National and Provincial Historic Site. Today, the site offers self-guided tours of the house and gardens, special events, and changing exhibits that connect the house, its 12,000 artifacts, and its past occupants to the rich history of Victoria and BC.
